Aditya Grand Utsava Bhoomi

Aditya Grand Utsava Bhoomi is a wedding venue near Agara, off the Kanakapura Road side of Bangalore. It opened recently, so it has little track record yet, and we recommend visiting before you decide.

The listed spaces are:

• The stone mandap is the main wedding space. It is partly indoor and partly outdoor, with seating for about 600 and room for about 800 standing.
• The banquet hall is indoors, with seating for about 450 and room for about 600 standing.
• The lawn is outdoors, with seating for about 400 and room for about 600 standing.

The venue has 10 rooms for out-of-town guests. Outside caterers and outside decorators are allowed, and it has an in-house DJ, though you can bring your own. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises. It also takes smaller functions, such as pre-wedding events with fewer than 50 guests.

What to plan for:

• It is new and has very few reviews, so there is little feedback from past weddings to go on.
• Our sources give different figures for capacity and for the pincode, and say nothing about air-conditioning in the banquet hall. Ask about these when you visit.
• Check the route and travel time from where your guests are staying. The venue is outside the main city.
