Wedding venues on Mysore Road
Mysore Road's advantage is access. It connects directly to the NICE ring, which means guests coming from Electronic City, Kanakapura Road, Bannerghatta or the whole western side of the city can get there without crossing town. For a wedding where the two families live in different parts of Bangalore, that is often the deciding factor.
The venues along this corridor are mostly open lawns. There is more land available west of the city than south of it, and the properties reflect that — generous grounds, proper parking, and enough separation from the road that the traffic is not part of your evening.
Who this corridor suits
This direction works particularly well for weddings in the five hundred to twelve hundred guest range, where you need genuine space but do not want to send guests on a long drive. It is also worth looking at if a significant number of people are coming from Mysore, Mandya or Ramanagara, since they arrive on this side of the city anyway.
Practical notes
Check the toll route with the venue. Some guests will not have a FASTag balance sorted and a queue at the toll plaza can hold up a convoy on a morning when timing matters.
Ask about the lawn surface and drainage if you are booking between June and September. An open lawn that handles a heavy shower well and one that does not look identical on a dry visit.
