Who we are

This website is operated by Venuesavvy Services Private Limited, CA Site, 1, HAL 2nd Stage, Kodihalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560008, trading as venueplan.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What we do

We list wedding venues in Bangalore and help you find one. You tell us your date and guest count, we check which venues are free, and we arrange visits.

We are not the owner or operator of the venues listed here. Each venue is independently owned and run. Your booking, once you make one, is between you and the venue.

What we charge you

Nothing. There is no booking fee, listing fee or service charge to you. We are paid a commission by the venue when a booking is made through us.

Venue information on this site

We take reasonable care over the details we publish — capacity, facilities, location and photographs — much of which is supplied by the venues themselves.

Even so:

• Capacities and facilities can change, and are best confirmed with us or the venue before you decide
• Photographs show past events and decoration, and are not a promise of how your function will look
• Availability shown or discussed is indicative until the venue confirms it
• Prices are not published here, and any figure we discuss is indicative until the venue quotes you

Please satisfy yourself about a venue by visiting it before you commit.

Enquiries

When you enquire, you are asking us to contact you and to pass your details to the venues concerned. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we pass on and to whom.

Please give us details that are accurate. We cannot check availability properly against a date or guest count that is wrong.

Bookings, payments and cancellations

We do not take bookings, hold dates, collect payments or issue refunds. All of that is between you and the venue, on the venue's terms.

Anything the venue tells you about deposits, cancellation or refunds is the venue's commitment, not ours.

What we are responsible for

We will use reasonable care and skill in helping you find a venue.

We are not responsible for:

• The condition, service, catering or conduct of any venue
• Anything that goes wrong at your function
• A venue cancelling, changing its terms, or becoming unavailable
• Loss arising from information on this site that has changed since it was published

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Using this site

Please do not copy our text or photographs for use elsewhere, attempt to interfere with the site, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

The text and design of this site belong to us. Venue photographs are used with the permission of the venues concerned and remain theirs.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we are not responsible for what is on those sites.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
