La Terra Gardens

La Terra Gardens sits on Ananthapura Main Road in Yelahanka, near Nagarjuna Degree College, within reach of both the airport road and the city.

What sets the property apart is its temple, built overlooking a kalyani — a stone water body — with the gardens laid out around it. For families who want the muhurtham performed properly, having a temple on the grounds rather than a constructed mandap changes the character of the morning entirely, and the courtyard around it photographs well in early light.

The main lawn seats around 700 and takes up to a thousand standing for an evening reception. An indoor banquet hall alongside it handles the smaller functions — engagement, nichayathartham, seemantham, naamakarana — so a family running several ceremonies across two days does not need to move venues. There is also a conference hall on the property.

Twenty-five guest rooms include two bridal suites and two dedicated makeup rooms. Parking takes 400 cars with 500 bike bays and valet, which is unusually generous for the area and matters on a muhurtham date when half the guest list arrives within the same twenty minutes.

The venue is open on policy: outside caterers, decorators, DJs and alcohol are all permitted, with in-house catering available for families who would rather not arrange it. Power backup runs throughout.
