Choosing where in Bangalore to look
Bangalore does not have one wedding venue market, it has several, and they behave differently. The south and south-west corridors — Kanakapura Road, Bannerghatta Road, Banashankari — carry most of the city’s traditional wedding business, and that is where you find both the large kalyana mantapas and the open lawns within an hour of town. North of the city, towards Yelahanka and Devanahalli, the land opens up and the properties get larger, which suits weddings with a lot of guests arriving by air. West, along Mysore Road, the advantage is the NICE ring: families spread across different parts of the city can all reach it without crossing town.
Start with guest count, then travel time
Two numbers settle most of the decision before you visit anything. The first is how many people you are actually expecting, not the number on the invitation list. A venue built for two thousand feels hollow with three hundred in it, and a lawn sized for three hundred cannot be stretched. The second is how far your guests will realistically travel. Forty minutes on a weekday map is often ninety on a Saturday evening, which is when your wedding is.
How we work
We are not a listings directory you send enquiries into and hope. Tell us the date, the guest count and roughly where you want to be, and we check availability with the venues ourselves and come back to you with what is actually open. There is no booking fee to you, and one number covers every venue we list.
Not sure which area suits your numbers?
One call and we’ll narrow it down for your date and guest count.
